In a world that moves fast, this evening is a soft place to be still - a space to land in yourself and rest in the quiet in-between.
The setup is minimal: My voice, a few simple instruments, and presence. It will be a space to feel, breathe, and be.
We begin with a little bit of movement to loosen up the body, followed by a guided meditation. The rest of the evening will be live singing of icaros, which are healing chants in Shipibo - the language of the indigenous Shipibo-Conibo from the Peruvian Amazon, known for their ceremonial traditions. The evening may also include mantras and songs from other cultures. Most of the sound journey is improvised and shaped by the group energy โจ
