My name is Anaya - a name that came to me like a bolt of lightning in the heart of the Peruvian Jungle, while I was studying Plant Medicine within the Shipibo culture and healing traditions β‘οΈπΏ
For years, I had felt the call for a new name, but nothing ever felt quite right - until that moment π« Coming out of the jungle a month later to discover the meaning of the name β completely free β almost brought tears to my eyes π₯Ή
It was a magical experience, deeply aligned with the inner transformation I was moving through at the time β¨
My mission is to inspire awareness and presence in everyday life ποΈ
I do this by creating spaces where we connect with the body, explore our inner world, and deepen our sense of being π§ These spaces offer a chance to meet ourselves with honesty, understanding, and compassion π
I believe when we become more conscious of who we are and how we live, we open the door to real, lasting change - both personally and collectively π

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media & Design, which I hope is reflected in the vibrant design of this website π I also hold a Master of Science in Game Design, which is reflected in a playful, evolving digital portal that youβre welcome to explore by becoming a Pupil here ππ
My Heart Education
My journey into exploring awareness and consciousness began in 2016 - from practicing yoga in India to learning about plant medicine in Peru π§π»ββοΈπ± Along the way, Iβve explored breathwork, meditation, tantra, reiki, full-body de-armoring and other practices in that field - all offering unique ways to work with the body, mind, and energy π§π§ β¨
As a holistic guide, I offer personal, intuitive support tailored to you. My greatest joy is witnessing the growth and awakening of those I have the privilege to walk beside π₯Ήβ₯οΈ
