My name is Anaya - a name I chose myself in the heart of the Peruvian jungle, where it came to me like a bolt of lightning ⚡️
For years, I had felt the call for a new name, but nothing ever felt quite right - until that moment.
It was a magical experience, deeply aligned with the inner transformation I was moving through at the time 🌟💫
My mission is to inspire awareness and presence in everyday life 👁️
I do this by creating spaces where we reconnect with the body, explore our inner world, and deepen our sense of being.🧘These spaces offer a chance to meet ourselves with honesty, understanding, and compassion 💝
I believe when we become more conscious of who we are and how we live, we open the door to real, lasting change - both personally and collectively 🙏
How I see myself
Firstly I see myself as a human with all that it entails 👶🏻 Secondly I see myself as a student of life’s mysteries 👩🏻🎓
Thirdly I see myself as a teacher as I love sharing valuable information I pick up on my path in life 👩🏻🏫🪄
My Mind Education
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media & Design, which I hope is reflected in the vibrant design of this website 😆 I also hold a Master of Science in Game Design, which is reflected in a playful, evolving digital portal that you’re welcome to explore by subscribing here 🃏🌈
My Heart Education
My journey into awareness and consciousness began in 2016 - from yoga in India to plant medicine in Peru. 🧘🏻♀️🌱 Along the way, I’ve explored breathwork, meditation, reiki, and full-body de-armoring - all offering unique ways to work with the body, mind, and energy 🧍🧠✨
As a holistic guide, I offer personal, intuitive support tailored to you. My greatest joy is witnessing the growth and awakening of those I have the privilege to walk beside 🥹♥️
