We have combined our experience and knowledge to create a retreat that merges physical health, spiritual growth, and nourishing cooking. Siigurd brings expertise in nutrition, yoga, and breath therapy, while Anaya shares her knowledge of yoga, meditation, plant medicine, and energy healing. Together, we offer a holistic experience that promotes balance, inner peace, and transformation through both physical and spiritual immersion.

Through meditation, yoga, and relaxation, we help you find calm and support a healthy heart rate.

A green kitchen prioritizing vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and plant-based foods contributes to increased energy and well-being. Green foods are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, which strengthen the immune system and reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, and diabetes. During the retreat, youโ€™ll learn to prepare nourishing meals through cooking classes, fermentation workshops, and recipes to take home.
