We begin with a little bit of movement to loosen up the body, followed by a guided meditation. The rest of the evening will be live singing of icaros, which are healing chants in Shipibo - the language of the indigenous Shipibo-Conibo from the Peruvian Amazon, known for their ceremonial traditions.

Icaros are traditionally used to guide, cleanse, and harmonize the energetic field, often working on levels beyond words. Many experience them as a direct line to the deeper self, ancestors, and the invisible world. Some find clarity, others emotional release - and some simply rest in the stillness they open.

The evening may also include mantras and songs from other cultures. Most of the singing is improvised and intuitively shaped by the group energy, which is why no journey is ever the same.
