Imagine an inner journey where sounds reveal new dimensions within you and gently invite you into mystery and wonder.
The setup is cozy, minimal and calm: My voice, a few simple instruments, and presence. It will be a space to feel, breathe, and be.
We begin with light movement to loosen up the body, followed by a guided meditation. The rest of the evening will be live singing inspired by icaros, which are healing chants in Shipibo - the language of the indigenous Shipibo-Conibo tribe from the Peruvian Amazon, known for their ceremonial traditions. The evening may also include mantras and songs from other cultures. Most of the sound journey is improvised and shaped by the group energy โจ
