Come join an afternoon of gentle yogic practices, raw peruvian cacao and meaningful connection both inward and outward

☕️ 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗼: We open with a warm cup of pure Peruvian cacao, which is rich in minerals and antioxidants, to gently lift your mood and sharpen your senses.

🧘‍♂️ 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸: Simple movements and breathing to release tension and open the body, so the cacao can work its magic.

🧚‍♂️ 𝗜𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘀 / 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗻𝗴𝘀: I’ll guide a sound journey with instruments and traditional songs from the indigenous South American Shipibo-Conibo culture. These sacred sounds are believed to carry healing vibrations that guide and support your inner exploration.

⭐ 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
For optimal comfort during the practice, I recommend finishing your meal 2 hours before the event. This gives your body time to digest and allows the ceremonial cacao to work more clearly and gently.

👚 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗪𝗲𝗮𝗿

- A water bottle and your favourite cup for the cacao

- Wear clothing you can easily move in

- Socks and warm clothes in case you get cold

- A journal if you want to write something down
