Hey cacao lover ✨

I am excited to invite you for ceremony with raw Peruvian cacao 🫶

☕️ 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗼: We will start the ceremony with a cup of ceremonial cacao, rich on antioxidants and minerals, sourced from ancient traditions in Peru. This raw cacao will open your heart and heighten your senses.

🧘‍♂️ 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸: Through a blend of yoga and breath, we will release tension and blockages in the body, to become more receptive and open and hereby allowing you to fully embrace the energy of the cacao.

🧚‍♂️ 𝗜𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘀 / 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗻𝗴𝘀: Embark on an inner journey when I take you through a sound journey of different instruments and sing the captivating Icaros, traditional medicine songs from the indigenous South American Shipibo culture. These sacred sounds are believed to carry healing vibrations that guide and support your inner journey.

💖 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆: Connect with like-minded beings in a nurturing space. We will end the ceremony by sharing our intentions, experiences, and/or insights. This is of course voluntary, and all expressions will be met with kindness and respect.

🙏 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: I recommend setting clear intentions for your ceremony. It could be about personal growth, getting to know yourself better, and/or practicing self-love. The cacao will amplify your intentions and guide you toward transformation. My intention is to create a calm atmosphere where you can dive into the depths of your being, connecting with yourself and others.

🌱 𝗗𝗼 𝗜 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱?: No prior experience is necessary to participate. Whether you are just beginning to explore your inner world or have been exploring for some time, you are warmly welcomed.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth start as I'd like to begin on time.

I recommend refraining from eating for at least 2 hours prior to the ceremony for optimal comfort and ease during the practice. This also allows the ceremonial cacao to have a more clear effect when consumed.

👚 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗥

- A water bottle and your favourite cup for the cacao

- Wear clothing you can easily move in

- Socks and warm clothes in case you get cold

- A journal if you want to write something down
