We open with a warm cup of pure Peruvian cacao, which is rich in minerals and antioxidants, to lift your mood and gently awaken your senses.

Raw Peruvian cacao is traditionally seen as a heart-opening plant, used to connect more deeply with oneself and others. It brings warmth to the body and invites presence, clarity, and emotional flow. Many experience it as a loving friend that reminds us to listen, to feel, and to return to the simple rhythm of the heart.

We will then dive into some simple movements and breathing to release tension and open the body, so the cacao can work its magic and then I’ll guide a sound journey with instruments and live singing, inspired by traditional songs from the indigenous South American Shipibo-Conibo culture. These sacred sounds are believed to carry healing vibrations that guide and support your inner exploration.
